Customers may rent equipment, schedule appointments, and make bookings using the WooCommerce Bookings Plugin without ever leaving your website. Allow your clients to schedule appointments, bookings, or rentals without requiring them to call. By allowing your website do the work for you, you can fill your calendar and save time.

Allow clients to make reservations for lessons, appointments, or merchandise.

Bookings enables you to provide your clients with any alternatives you choose:

• Define set options, like fixed time slots for a class, appointment or guided tour
• Let customers choose the times that work best by giving them the flexibility to book whatever range they need, like checking into a hotel

In order to make sure the calendar works for you, you can designate time off as unbookable with either choice. This will allow you to take care of your other priorities and leave buffers between bookings. The plugin lets you book in days, hours, or even minutes, so be as particular as you like about your time periods.

Book one-on-one appointments or multi-person events

You can specify the minimum and maximum number of participants. For example, you can allow numerous people to book a class or tour, or you can limit appointments to one person at a time.

Offer special pricing for groups, days, or individuals

Send reminders and reduce no-shows

When a reservation is made, confirmed, and one day prior to the booking date, send clients convenient email notifications to remind them of their meetings. You can send a special reminder directly from your website if you'd want to do more.

Never get double-booked

Assigning the necessary resources to a specific booking can help you avoid making duplicate reservations. For instance, if your 2:00 bride schedules a stylist and fitting until 3:30, the stylist will not be available for the bride's 3:00 fitting. Offering the identical resource to two clients simultaneously won't ever be a concern for you.

To see how your day or month is going, use the calendar view. Modify current reservations or availability, or apply a filter to see particular resources or services.
