1. Digital Products & Software
- Refunds for Digital Downloads: Due to the nature of digital products (e.g., software, plugins, themes), all sales are final. Once a download is initiated, we cannot issue refunds. The price of products are very small and when we receive the payment after deduction charges by payment gateway, there we don’t get huge amount in hand to refund it.
- Defective or Misrepresented Products: If a product is defective or significantly differs from its description, contact us within 7 days of payment done for a replacement consideration. All replacement will be done digitally and replacement time could be withing 7 to 30 days.
2. Services (Consulting, Development, etc.)
